PMS Shocker
I canceled my policy with Steve directly through email since i had moved, and 5 months later they were still drawing on my account. After trying to resolve the issue with Steve directly, he continuously avoided me and the subject of a refund, or any acknowledgment that they had overcharged me was ignored. Luckily I had the proof in the email where he acknowledged the cancellation date that my policy would be terminated, but never acknowledging the full amount because of their mistake.Steve continually avoided me for weeks when I tried to call his office, he was either busy or in a meeting. I tried to resolve this professionally with no avail. Luckily State Farm has a strict policy and reputation to protect and they are looking into it now. Mistakes are made I know, but there was no acknowledgment from Steve, about amount of overcharge or refund. When I spoke to one of his employees about what I should do she told me, "I don't know who you can contact." My advice would be careful when allowing this company ANY access to your bank account information, for their business practices are very unprofessional. I would go somewhere else for any type of insurance needs.
